Out of a 16.2 hand mare who raced until she was 8 years old and boasts such notable names in her pedigree as Storm Cat, Mr. Prospector and Secretariat, Hefty is already 14.3 at just 10 months of age. His sire carries the blood of Ballinaboy Eamonn, Balius Brannigan, and TSF Michael McDaire. Hefty has spent a month at “pony kindergarten” and has proven to be a pleasant, brave, and happy to work type of gelding.
