Landgate Bluebeard (*Rocky x Landgate Singing Bird by Bob White) who is now 31 years old is the 2025 winner of the Tooreen Laddie Award. This award is given to a stallion who has had a significant impact on the breed and he surely has. He was bred by Anne Frey in NY and has been owned and loved by the Eyles and the Goldfarb families in VA and Tennessee. He was Walter Eyles’ best foxhunting mount with no refusals EVER and has sired champions in all regions of the US. Most recently his halfbred son Ridgetop Pirate Blue is a successful eventer at FEI levels and was halfbred Connemara of the year in 2024, and his daughter Kynynmont Blue Sapphire has been an FEI dressage pony.

- Owner must be a member of the ACPS
- Candidates must be at least age 15 or deceased
- May be nominated by any ACPS member
- Candidate must have produced at least 20 purebred or halfbred foals in the first or second generation
