The 2025 USEF Clifden Award for the highest placing Connemara hunter pony in the USEF goes to Castle on the Hill. He is by Rattle ‘N Snap Laddie Boy out of Campfire S’mores. He is a 14.2 hand sooty buckskin bred by Clara Beck and owned by Clara and her sister Annika who is his rider. From his earliest days Annika has been his special person; the first to touch him, the first to lead him, and to grow in the jumping world with him. This year they competed in their first finals at the Loudon Benefit Horse Show Derby Finals at Upperville. Good luck to Soren and Annika in the years to come!
