The BONUS purebred Connemaras of the year for 2025 are three brothers bred and owned and loved by Cynthia Richards on the Brown Farm in Keene NH. They are by *Annilauan Oscar x Concord River Chamois, and they are 20, 21, and 24. They are the foundation and the heart of a long-established Pony Club lesson program that has taught almost countless children how to ride. Despite having the same parents, each has his own personality and strengths. When riders master a skill on one pony, they can move on to the next brother to master a new skill. From the first leadline lesson to leaping tall jumps, these “bros” have enabled youngsters to participate in rallies, local events, fox hunting, dressage and various other activities. They are solid citizens at the Region 1 show every year, winning the leadline and jumping and costume and trail classes regularly with their various young riders.
